We enjoyed our time in Zambia and found the locals very friendly. We were able to visit the Falls as often as we liked whilst we were there - hence the number of photos taken over three days in this album!

Despite Ed's description of this album, there were no predatory animals in this national park! There were, however, 5 rhinos and we were lucky enough to see them all during our three hour game drive...

We flew to Arusha airport in Tanzania via Malawi. On arrival we went straight to Lake Manyara National Park, where the higlight of the game drive was seeing this baby elephant.

On leaving Lake Manyara we drove to the Serengeti, stopping off to visit a Maasai village. We really enjoyed our time in the Serengeti, as the number of photos shows! We had a great time staying at the Ikoma Bush Camp, despite some initial reservations!

We finished our safari with 2 nights at the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater was a completely different experience and the highlight of our stay here was seeing the small pride of lion with 3 cubs on our last day.

The Spice Island - our last stop was Stone Town, Zanzibar. After a tiring week of game drives (seriously, being on safari is tiring!), we had a relaxing week. The weather could have been better but who are we to complain...?
